Ozzy was amazing to work with. I had quite a few tweeks and customization needed to complete this order. He worked with me for days and kept the lines of communication super open so that once we settled on all the details he would start his draft quickly. His turnover time for a draft was impressive and within a couple of hours we had updates on drafts and final set for production. He was super patient with me during this process, and for someone lile myself who's never ordered something this customized before, let alone a compass, he made me feel at ease throughout. The cherry on top was that his item is exactly what's pictured and is high quality, beautiful and I'm super proud to gift this as a keepsake which will definitely be loved by the receiver for my years to come for sure!
